答案     The development of cities requires loads of rural migrant workers. However, the flood of rural migrant workers into cities leads to a series of problems on their left-behind children.
    The primary problem about these left-behind children is that they do not have enough parental love and care, which may result in their mental and character flaws. The second problem is that many left-behind children do not have adequate education, which may hinder their future development.
    In light of the seriousness of the problems listed above, more attention should be paid to left-behind children and effective measures should be taken. In my opinion, the best approach should be that migrant workers try their best to take their children to the cities where they work, for only with the presence of parents can children grow up healthily. For those children whose parents can not manage to look after them, the government should devise policies and regulations to secure them a caring, safe and healthy environment.
