    What causes such a phenomenon? Firstly, a major concern of most graduates-to-be is that they may not find jobs that are to their satisfaction or interest. Secondly, huge pressure of competition also leads graduates-to-be to depress, in that they suddenly wake up and realize they are actually inexperienced and incompetent. Thirdly, a large number of students feel regret that they’ve wasted college years fooling around, instead of studying hard and acquiring useful skills.
    In my opinion, to cope with graduation stress, firstly college graduates-to-be ought to confront reality bravely and positively. Secondly, they need to be aware of their own weaknesses and strong suits, and never aim too high in job hunting. Thirdly, they should keep recharging themselves through various channels, so as to keep up with the times and be more competitive in the job market.
