答案     Today, the rocketing housing price has made it a huge burden for lots of people to possess a house. To buy or to rent? Different people hold different views.
    A lot of people suppose that young people should buy houses as early as possible because according to current trend, housing price, especially in big cities, is unlikely to decline. What’s more, it is very possible that the housing price will get higher and higher. Others think the other way round. They don’t want to be mortgage slaves who are under great financial pressure. Besides, they believe by renting an apartment, they can easily move to another one if they are not satisfied with the current one or they want to make change of their circumstances.
    It is understandable that almost every one wants to have a house, but we’d better consider renting an apartment before we can afford a house. If we are determined to buy a house, we should make a thorough and rational consideration about lots of factors, including our buying power, the consequences and the like.
