    There is a well-known proverb "We never know the worth of water till the well is dry." This self-evident saying means that we often do not treasure what we have got until we kiss them goodbye. Some people spend their entire life regretting what they have lost and at the same time lose the opportunity to enjoy what they have already got.
    When it comes to the topic of treasuring what we have, I want to cite the example of Helen Keller, a famous writer. Blind and deaf as she was, Helen made so many miracles and won the admiration of people around the world for her achievements. In her masterpiece Three Days to See, she admired her friend for having a pair of bright eyes, hoping her friend would cherish what she had. If given three days to see the world, she would treasure those days as the most important possession in her life and do many meaningful things.
    It is said that the biggest deep-rooted bad habit of human beings is that they don’t treasure what they have achieved. It is true that we do not need to own too much. Instead, treasuring what we have is the wisest thing to do.
