    Firstly, concentration means focusing all one’s energy and attention on a certain matter and going all out to achieve it. Take students’ learning for example. If our attention is distracted from study from time to time, how can we maximize the learning efficiency in the shortest time? As far as I’m concerned, lack of focus is the main reason why many students fail to achieve good learning results. Moreover, sometimes loss of concentration may contribute to serious consequences. A good case in point is driving. If a driver multi-tasks while driving or his mind wanders, what lies ahead of him may be a terrible accident.
