Dear Sir or Madam:
    I hate to complain, but one thing recently really disturbs me.
    Last week, I bought a suite of furniture at your store. Seemingly it is the most beautiful furniture I’d ever seen. However, it gives off terrible smell all the time. My family and I suffer from the terrible odor day and night. Inevitably it has a very had effect on our health. Moreover, it destroys our mood and daily life badly. We have had to keep the windows open and let the bad smell out even in the night time and we sleep in such freezing weather. Now I’ve caught a bad cold. I’m sure it will do more harm to me and my family.
    If you could do something necessary to change this situation, to change a good-quality suite or to refund, for instance, I would be much grateful.
