And you can send your E-mail via a notebook computer even when you are away from your office or home as long as you have a phone line to which you can connect the modem. And lastly, it is cost-saving. E-mail does not require stamps, envelopes, or even paper. It is also cheaper than long-distance calls or faxes. You will be charged only for the time required to transmit.
    In short E-mail makes our lives convenient and easy. It has become an essential communication tool found in almost every business office. Also it has become one of the most popular basic features of the Internet, accepted by all kinds of people, whether you are young or old.
