The key, say the scientists, is to【C9】_____not just the amount of fat, but the【C10】_____of fat that you might have. A growing body of evidence shows that fat【C11】_____just under the skin doesn’t contribute that much【C12】_____the development of metabolic disorders such as diabetes or heart problems. But fat【C13】_____in deeper tissues and organs, within muscle and【C14】_____in organs like the liver, for example, can put you at greater risk of these diseases.
