    A dozen of measures are supposed to be taken to achieve this. Firstly, one should handle well the relationship between pressure and work. Too much pressure is sure to do harm to our health. Secondly, one should remember that people should never make themselves slaves to wealth. Last but not least, one should find balance between work and life, and do physical exercises regularly.
