    The famous saying "Deliver your words not by number but by weight" is widely accepted today. It means that your words are brief and to the point in the interpersonal communication. Personally, I believe that what a person speaks is more important than how much he speaks. When you speak with others, the following conditions need to be taken into consideration.
    The first condition is that instead of talking, sociable men often listen more. It is by listening that we get to know others better. When we express ourselves, make sure every sentence carries weight, as the key to speaking is quality, not quantity. Another condition we must consider is that we should pay much attention to the topic of our conversation. What we say must be to the point, because too much nonsense could only keep the conversation counterproductive.
    A truly wise person must duly remain silent, for speaking too much doesn’t mean being eloquent. In conclusion, we should pay more attention to the quality of speaking rather than the quantity of speaking.
