    I am writing to request admission into the Department of Computer Science at MIT as a postgraduate.
    I graduated from Peking University. As an undergraduate, I majored in computer. I would like to continue computer study in graduate school.
    Through the systematic learning for over three years, I have passed CET-4 and CET-6. I have been also awarded the first prize of scholarship because of my excellence in study and research. Frankly speaking, the English proficiency and knowledge of computer have made me prepared for the further study.
    Could you send me some information about your department and necessary application forms for my admission? I am looking forward to your reply at your early convenience.
