答案    We hear this saying "consumers first" very often. However, the truth is that in many cases, consumers’ rights are severely violated and harmed. For instance, when consumers ask for a refund, many dealers refuse it with all kinds of excuses. Some claim compensation for the losses some products cause, but the dealers just ignore their requests. The saddest thing is that many even don’t know how to protect their rights.
   The protection of consumers’ rights requires efforts from three aspects. Firstly, laws should be improved to regulate dealers’ behaviors and be enforced strictly. Secondly, the media should fulfill their function of supervision, revealing dealers’ illegal conducts and arousing consumers’ legal awareness. Thirdly, consumers should equip themselves with necessary legal knowledge so as to protect their rights with the law.
   With the perfection of laws, the supervision of media and the increasing legal consciousness of consumers, consumers’ legal rights and interests can surely be defended.
