答案    If someone makes a request, do you always agree to help or do you choose to say no? Different people may have different answers to this question.
   Some people believe that saying no is uncaring, even selfish and they fear by refusing others’ requests they might let people down, risk friendships and break social network. So they never say no to a request. On the contrary, some other people believe one should learn to say no because one does not need to meet the expectations of everyone. And learning to say no can help you earn respect from yourself as well as those around you.
   From my point of view, though saying no can be difficult, it is necessary to say no at times when you find yourself under too much stress meeting other people’s need. After all, turning down a request does not mean turning down a person.
