   One of the most popular sentences online states that "REMEMBER... always act like you’re wearing an invisible crown." What the saying indicates is the importance of self-confidence, an attitude that we should take toward our life.
   Here are two main reasons why we should be confident. First, to be confident is the foundation of individual success. In reality, to achieve even the smallest goal, or to take on daily duties and responsibilities, we have to have self-confidence. For example, when we go for a job interview, if our body language gives any indication of uncertainty, the interviewer may pick up on that and probably will give the job to someone else. Second, a confident man is less likely to feel fearful, angry or depressed. The more confident we are, the less disappointed we will feel upon being rejected.
   In conclusion, self-confidence will enable us to persevere when we are confronted with setbacks and difficulties, while lack of confidence will definitely have negative effects on our social relations, career prospects and moods.
