As announced at the recent meeting, our company is organizing a three-day business seminar on e-commerce.The seminar, to be held six months from now, will be attended by small and medium business owners wishing to learn how to sell their products and services on the Internet.
In line with this, I have posted a list of seminar committees and their members on the bulletin board.The committees are as follows:

The marketing committee must coordinate with Mr. Donaldson, our marketing director, so that they will be familiar with the company’s new sponsorship packages. Since the seminar is free, I would like the marketing committee to look for many sponsors so that majority of the seminar’s costs may be assumed by income from advertisers. Make sure that sponsors are aware of the benefits they will receive in return for their assistance, including the use of their logos in promotional materials for the seminar.
