On behalf of our CEO, Mr. Jenkins, and everyone else at SpotPlan, thank you for putting together such a stunning event for us last weekend in Redmond. We received many compliments from visitors who were visibly impressed with our booth exhibit. You really made our products stand out and your colorful displays attracted a lot of attendees. We had a 12 percent increase in orders, which we believe was partially thanks to your company’s incredible work.
Due to our success, I’d like to offer your company the chance to assemble another exhibit for us at our next event in Atlanta this July. It will once again be for a trade fair, and although the venue will be smaller than the one in Redmond, we consider the event to be no less important. We will need you to make a few changes to the exhibits you did before, as we have some additional products to show. I will be flying up to New York in the next two weeks to attend a conference.
