I appreciate you all coming today. Starting this month, we will be having a series of workshops on team development. Our facilitator for this morning is Shamara Wymer. She has worked for over 15 years as a professional consultant on organizational psychology. Ms. Wymer is an expert in coaching, facilitating, and developing individuals and groups. In today’s workshop, she will be discussing team commitment and individual accountability. You will learn about the importance of communication and feedback among team members.
