   •what use a company should make of information provided by customers.
   For three candidates
   Employee of the Year Award
   Your company has decided to introduce an Employee of the Year Award. You have been given the task of organising this scheme. Discuss, and decide together.
   •what criteria should be used to select the winner
   •which people inside and outside the company should be asked to help choose the winner
   •what kinds of rewards would be most suitable for the winner.
