To be exact, educational resources are better in the east of China than in the west. The same situation happens between the urban cities and the rural areas. Even among urban cities, prestigious kindergartens and famous universities tend to be more concentrated in first-tier cities than in the underdeveloped ones. In my opinion, this unfair situation can’t be fixed in a short time.
