    The Students’ Union is going to hold an English Drama Contest to stimulate students’ interest in English. You are asked to find a native speaker as the judge and you think Sam, a visiting scholar at your university, is the best choice. Write a note to ask if he has time and tell him some details about the contest, such as the time, place, rules and criteria.
