    After a long day’s work, to save the time and trouble, many people choose to eat at restaurants. As to me, I think we had better eat at home, because it is a good way to relax and to spend some quality time with our family.
    First of all, eating at home is a perfect opportunity to relax ourselves. Though it might take some time to prepare the meals, it is actually beneficial to take our mind off the hectic work, dressing salads with children and arranging tableware together. These chores seem tiring but are actually effective to relax our mind. Secondly, no place is better than home to share interesting stories with your family; and no time is better than dinner time to share with them. Restaurants, no matter how fancy they are, cannot provide a place private enough for us to talk about whatever we would like. If we eat at home, we are entitled to the luxury of talking freely and laughing loudly. During dinner time, we could share our funny stories at work and at school, without worrying about disturbing other people. It is a quality time well spent.
    In conclusion, it is better to eat at home, because we will feel relaxed and we can bond with our family.
