    The federal government wants to help you repair and remodel your home. Regardless of how long you have owned your home, its location or condition , or your ethnic background, age, income or marital status, you may be eligible. The purpose of this program is to encourage energy conservation and neighborhood preservation. Title 1 government insurance now allows home owners to make improvements up to $ 25 , 000. Improvements may include windows, room conversions, baths, kitchens, roofing and doors. The work must be done by lender approved contractors.
                  RETALL INSTSLLMENT AGREEMENT
    For my regards, the Jefferson Company will send an invoice (发货单) along with my order that will indicate the cash price, shipping and handling, among financed, total sale price, finance and charge, and annual percentage rate for each item. It will also indicate the number and amount of monthly installments and the amount of the sales tax, where applicable. The four-dollar shipping and handling charge and any express shipping charges or sales tax are to be paid with the first installment.
