C Under the Contract Schedule of the Lease, Party A and Party B agreed that the JV Company, would replace Party B as tenant to the Lease, subject to complying with the terms of the Lease in this regard.

E The parties to this Agreement now wish to acknowledge and further confirm that Party B shall assign all its rights and obligations under the Lease to the JV Company, and the Lease shall be updated on the terms of this Agreement.
