    This kind of phenomenon is not uncommon in our daily life. Why so? There are mainly two reasons for people’s misbehavior. For one thing, being poorly educated in terms of social behavior and morality, some people fail to realize that some practices are improper in public places. For another, some other people, though fully aware of the impropriety of their behavior, still feel no worries to do it utterly out of egoism.
    Two measure, I think, can be taken to solve the problem. On the on hand, moral cultivation should be carried out in schools and the whole society so that people can be self-disciplined. On the other hand, punishment should be enforced on those whose behavior is annoying or harmful to public morality.
