Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am writing to you to complain about the trip I had with your agency this summer. I took the trip to the Wuyi Mountain, arranged by your travel agency, and hoped that I should have a wonderful time there. However, I have to say that our group were very disappointed.
    First of all, the guide did not provide the group with good services. She didn’t show us around all the places of interest as she had promised. What made us even angrier was that she was not kind or helpful to us at all. She was not available when we needed her help. Secondly, the food and accommodation were not as good as you advertised in your booklets. The food was not adequate enough for each of us, let alone to our taste. Besides, six of us shared one bedroom and there were lots of mosquitoes, which annoyed us very much.
    Since we had paid a considerable sum of money for the trip, we should have received good services as you promised. Therefore, I strongly insist that you return me some of my funds and improve your services immediately.
