答案     The graph shows us the difference in job selection between boys and girls(l). As can be seen from the graph(2), in terms of managerial and teaching positions, there is a sharp contrast between boys and girls(3): the number of boys who become managers is 25% higher than girls, but on the other hand, the girls who become teachers are 40% higher than boys.
    In my view (4), this situation is primarily caused by two reasons. Firstly, there is a `difference between boys and girls in their personal pursuit--boys prefer challenges while girls prefer a peaceful life. Secondly, there are social factors.
    Currently, male employees take up most leading positions in companies while promotion for female employees is often difficult. At the same time, the relatively lower social status and income cause many boys to take teaching as inferior, thus few of them would like to teach (5).
