    Some people believe that the best way to keep fit is to be on a diet, but to me, to do exercise is the best way.
    First of all, exercise provides a source of the needed energy. Without exercise, we may get sick easily. Just as a machine breaks down if not often used, so our body can stop working properly if not given enough exercise.
    Second, exercise takes away unnecessary fat more effectively than any other means. We can take up different kinds of exercise according to our health, age, and so on. If we want to keep a sound figure or lose our weight, jogging is the best and most convenient way. Only by doing exercise can we keep in good shape in the long run.
    Furthermore, exercise gives us a good appetite. Exercise consumes energy and then refuels our body, and thus we tend to eat more, enjoying lots of delicious food. If we lose our appetite, what does our life count?
    So why do you still keep sitting in front of the screen? Let’s go out and keep running, jumping and enjoying.
