    Nowadays our society is becoming a certificate one. Most employers attach great importance to certificates in job interviews, giving us the false impression that certificates are crucial in job hunting. However, I think capability is what really counts.
    First, what companies need is their employee’s wisdom, originality and skills, that is, his capability. In almost all the job interviews, interviewers are most interested in the job hunter’s potential capability. Sometimes they want to check the certificates, simply because they believe it to be a simple way to see whether the applicant is qualified and meets their requirements. Apart from this, those certificates mean nothing to them. Second, certificates represent only the past. To a company, it is of no importance whether the candidate was good or not in the past. What it ought to care most is whether the candidate is capable of more achievements in the future. In this sense, capability is more valuable.
    To conclude, capability is definitely more important in job hunting; certificates have no final say in judging a person’s value.
