    As can be seen in the table, there have been great changes in people’s diet in the past five years. Grain used to be our main food, but now it is playing a less important role in people’s diet, while the consumption of some high energy foods, such as milk and meat, has increased steadily.
    There are two main reasons for these changes. First, people have more opportunities to earn a lot of money with the development of economy. Second, people nowadays pay more attention to the structure of their diet. They are seeking the most reasonable diet structure, which will do good to their health.
    From the table we can see that the diet structure has been improved. I’m sure there will be greater changes in the future.
