   You will be pleased to learn that, effective May 2, Mr. Mo Jie has been appointed Vice President of the company, He will replace Mr. Huang Dazhi, who is retiring next month after 20 years of invaluable contributions to our Company.
   Mr. Mo will be concurrently serving as Director of the International Division until further notice. In the meantime, we hope that you will all give Mr. Mo the same loyal support and cooperation which you gave to Mr. Huang during his tenure of office. Thank you.
