Jane: 1 do. I work about twenty hours a week, and the pay’s not had, nine dollars and fifty cents an hour.
Harry: Really? So that’s, what, a hundred and ninety dollars a week.., times four weeks.., so that’s seven hundred and sixty dollars a month. Hey, that’s not a bad income for a student!
Sally: I know. And my parents send me two hundred and fifty dollars a month, too. But...
Harry: Wow, that’s more than one thousand dollars a month. And you can’t live on that?
Jane: No, I only manage to save about ten dollars a month. It’s a drag!
Harry: It sounds like you have a budget problem. Simple, either work more or spend less.
Jane: I’m definitely not going to work more. I’ll have no time to study.
