On the other hand, working as community workers can help relieve the employment difficulty for college students, too. What’s more, graduates can also gain useful working experience, strengthen their overall ability as well as improve community service and make contributions to the society.
    In my opinion, there are many benefits for college graduates to work as community workers. Since it is good for both the graduates and communities, the society should provide more support for those who have an interest.
