    Nowadays, the world is filled with all kinds of temptation: fascinating computer games that appeal especially to young people, round-the-clock TV shows, luxurious designer clothes, etc. These kinds of entertainment and goods have enormously facilitated and enriched our lives, yet they also pose overwhelming distractions for us to develop good habits as "Good habits result from resisting temptation."
    To form good habits, one needs a strong will and perseverance to resist temptation. The process of forming a good habit is also the course of fighting back temptation. The examples are as follows. The good habit of reading requires removing one’s strained eyes from the websites and focusing on one’s book constantly. The good habit of exercising means repeatedly dragging oneself away from the cozy couch and soap operas. And keeping a healthy diet demands saying "NO" to the junk food.
